Qualifications Proficiency in Hair Styling and Cosmetology practices to provide professional and creative client services Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build positive relationships Experience with Sales and upselling salon products and services Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members or junior staff Up-to-date knowledge of beauty and grooming trends Certification or diploma in cosmetology or a related field is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A keen eye for detail and creativity
