Number of Positions - 5 Nos. (Delhi, Mumbai, Kerala (Kochi / Thiruvananthapuram ), Hyderabad) Experience : Experience of at least 4-6 years in hospital support, patient handling, hospitality, travel assistance, or similar work is preferred. Job Responsibilities : 1. Receive the patient at the airport warmly and help them with luggage, SIM card, transport, etc. 2. Take the patient from airport to hotel to hospital to hotel to airport as needed. 3. Help the patient in checking in at the hotel and make sure they are comfortable. 4. Take the patient to the hospital for registration, admission, tests, doctor visits, and treatment. 5. Coordinate with the hospital staff for appointments, reports, payments, follow-ups. 6. Stay with or accompany the patient when required to make them feel safe and supported. 7. Assist with daily needs such as medicines, food arrangements, small cash arrangements, local help, etc. 8. Help the patient in pre-treatment, during treatment, and post-treatment support. 9. Make sure the patient gets the correct reports, discharge summary, medicines, etc., before flying back. 10. Drop the patient at the airport for departure and ensure they are safely checked in. 11. Give daily updates to the HJ Unicare team about the patients status. Essential requirement: 1. Must have a smartphone and be active on WhatsApp for communication. 2. Must be comfortable traveling within the city and sometimes to nearby cities if required. 3. Good communication skills in English, Hindi / Regional Language. Must possess these qualities : 1. Maintain professional, polite, and helpful behavior at all times. 2. Treat every patient with compassion, respect, and patience. 3. Must be compassionate and caring toward patients. 4. Must be street-smart and able to handle real-life situations quickly. 5. Ability to coordinate with hospitals confidently. 6. Should know how to manage time, travel, hotel, and basic paperwork. 7. Must be responsible and trustworthy. 8. Should be able to work with people from different countries and cultures. Remuneration - Best in industry.
