The dealing was good. Purchased 1 ton AC and a good deal was provided by the staff. It is not about the staff or any kind of bad experience, it’s just you need to focus on buying things and check how you can get the best price. The installation was provided by Hitachi only and was on time.

Sales team is good at times of sales but after service is not that really good. The sardar ji came over for service was very rude, don't know how to speak. He serviced our split Ac without using the jacket that covered the AC to protect the wall from dirty water. Never expect so the service from the company vendor.
