Your work involves mainly creating electrical circuit diagrams and supporting documents. We use the E3 tool for generating the schematics. Preparation of Interlocking table and schematics for various Busbar configurations. Addressing the technical queries raised by the customer during the execution of a project, if required. Interaction with various cross-function teams like Primary, Project Management, and Production, when required. Self-reviewing the documents before submitting them to Lead Engineer . Generating Preliminary BOM by understanding the importance and consequences of releasing it. Preparation of Mimic boards in line with SLD and Layout drawings. Understanding and preparation of Communication Architecture diagrams. Preparation of protection schematics (Trafo, Line, Busbar) when we’ve integrated protection in LCC . The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy’s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy to date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries How You’ll Make An Impact Supporting Lead Project Manager on Account Receivables (AR) which includes having the complete list of AR’s every month. Will be responsible to ensure invoices are received on customer end and everything is in line with their requirements and can pay on time. Pro-Actively work with customer and conducting periodic audits of financial information. Review of Invoices created and ensuring send on time to customer. Plan and conduct investigations, audits and analysis of a variety of financial information used in the preparation of forecasts. Work on preparation of reports needed for financial aspects in terms of overdue and cash flow. Coordination with project managers to ensure accounts receivable are collected on time. Follow-up with Project managers on ensuring milestone invoicing is done correctly and submission of documents to customers. Closely coordinate and document change requests related to in-voices re-aging or changes on invoices after approval from Project managers. Pro Active communication with Customers to avoid overdue. How You’ll Make An Impact Prepare Key Line Diagrams, Protection Interface, and Feeder Block Diagrams and analyze tender documents and technical specifications and prepare Design Intent Documents. Develop Protection Single Line Diagrams showing principles, relays, meters, and Functional Design Standards/Descriptions. Create signal lists, trip matrices, logics, and interlocks. Review vendor drawings and documents. Prepare schematics for interface equipment in Control & Relay Panel schemes. Develop circuit diagrams for new and existing setups, especially for retrofit projects. Prepare Cable Block Diagrams, relay ordering information, Cable Schedules and create lists for wiring, termination, and labeling for panel manufacturing. Identify and modify existing drawings using standard markups. Essential knowledge of Primary Equipment, Bay Controller Units, SCADA, RTU, and Tele protection. Expertise in AIS & GIS secondary designs and work with various departments for design progress and completion. Conduct technical risk and opportunity assessments and estimate engineering hours and validate inputs. Hitachi Energy is looking for a Valve Cooling Project Engineer , and your main responsibility is to ensure the design of cooling system is with the right quality and right cost. Valve cooling system is a pressurized closed loop system with air cooled heat exchangers to dissipate power losses generated in high power converter valves. It is designed to meet the specific. requirements regarding performance, reliability, with minimized maintenance. Our systems consist of pumps, vessels, filters, measuring devices, air cooled heat exchangers or liquid to liquid heat exchangers, interconnecting piping and redundant control and protection systems.
