Kishor sir is a fabulous trainer, extremely professional and committed. He helped boost my confidence to ride a 2 wheeler on thane roads and highway by giving me lessons in different traffic scenarios. He explained the nitty gritty of riding a 2 wheeler and the traffic rules with utmost patience.

Nice locality, but too many speed breakers. Mostly every building has their own speed breakers at both sides of entrance gate. Really annoying. Rather cleanliness and secured, schools and parks and MNC are available. TCS & Bayer are also available here.

Nice place with wide roads and lots of trees and greenery around. Cleanliness is well maintained in the vicinity. However, it is far from railway station, and few might face issue with respect to its reachability and connectivity if they do not have personal vehicle.

Roads are narrow and road work is ongoing even during monsoon. Double parking on the road adds nuisance during driving on this road. Hiranandani Estate is a good complex but far from Thane railway station around 1 hour driving.
