Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US customers regarding tax services, payments, and account-related queries.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and required documents.
• Explain payment details, tax service information, and resolve basic customer queries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update call/payment status.
• Meet daily call, follow-up, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment and customer-related issues.

Requirements

• Experience candidates with US calling/payment experience can apply.
• Good English communication and conversation skills.
• Comfortable working in US night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Good convincing, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work in a team.
