Hiring Sr. Manager - Operation

Responsible:

• Responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations in a high-precision-machining aerospace and defence manufacturing environment.
• This role involves planning and managing daily manufacturing schedules, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• He / She will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with engineering for process improvements, build and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsibilities also include monitoring key performance metrics, managing customer operations interfaces, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring 100% OTD and 100% Quality. Mentoring younger team members, ensuring cost per part, and collaborating with leadership on strategic operational initiatives.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. (Mech.), MBA preferred.

Strong operations management skills, including production planning, shop-floor control, and capacity optimization.

Experience in precision manufacturing environments, preferably aerospace and defense, with core skills in CNC machining.

Knowledge of quality systems and standards such as AS9100D, APQP, and PPAP.

Demonstrated ability in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Competence in cross-functional team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and conflict resolution.

Proficiency with ERP/MRP/IoT systems and data-driven decision-making isingoperational KPIs.

Prior experience in a managerial operations role in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing
