Job Summary:

The role involves developing technically compliant PV and energy storage solutions, supporting product selection, preparing engineering documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution.

• Design and engineer Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects.
• Perform system sizing, electrical calculations, cable sizing, protection coordination, inverter selection, battery sizing, and equipment specification.
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical layouts, Bills of Materials (BOM), technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Conduct energy yield analysis using PVsyst and evaluate project performance.
• Ensure designs comply with IEC, IEEE, NEC, IS standards, utility interconnection requirements, and local electrical regulations.
• Review technical specifications and evaluate Solar PV, PCS, BESS, EMS, and inverter products from multiple OEMs.
• Support permitting, utility approvals, and technical documentation for renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate with EPC teams, suppliers, consultants, utilities, and customers during project execution.
• Participate in commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and technical support activities when required.
• Support product development, technology evaluation, and integration of emerging renewable energy technologies.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, project documentation, and customer presentations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, and Project Management.
