US Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  for US Healthcare requirements.
• Source healthcare professionals through job portals, resume databases, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Recruit for positions such as

  Registered Nurses (RN), LPN/LVN, CNA, Allied Health professionals

  , and other healthcare roles.
• Screen candidates based on experience, specialty, license/certification, availability, location, shift preferences, and compensation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Explain job opportunities, assignments, pay packages, locations, shifts, and other relevant details to candidates.
• Negotiate compensation and successfully close candidates.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Credentialing, Compliance, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth candidate processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate candidate submissions against client requirements.
• Maintain updated candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
• Follow up with candidates through

  submission, interview, offer, credentialing, onboarding, and start date

  .
• Meet defined recruitment targets, submission goals, TATs, and placement metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 0.6+ year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Staffing.

• Good understanding of US Healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for

  Nursing and/or Allied Healthcare positions

  will be preferred.
• Knowledge of US healthcare licenses, certifications, and basic credentialing requirements.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate-closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a

  target-oriented and fast-paced environment

  .
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM, job portals, and recruitment databases.
• Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
