Hiring for Senior Analyst with SQL + ETL + Power BI Experience

You are being invited to join as a Sr. Analyst - SQL + ETL Developer with Power BI Experience at Infosys BPM for either Bangalore or Pune location. As a Senior Analyst, you are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL + ETL (SSIS) + Power BI. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Reporting COE team, bringing your expertise in SQL database development, ETL processes, and Power BI data visualization to the table. Your role will involve translating business requirements into actionable insights using Power BI. Your tasks will include designing, developing, and maintaining complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions. You will also be optimizing SQL queries for better performance across extensive datasets while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency within SQL databases. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to facilitate the movement and transformation of data from various source systems into target data warehouses or databases. Monitoring and troubleshooting ETL workflows to ensure accurate data integration will also be a key part of your responsibilities. In terms of Power BI reporting and visualization, you will be developing interactive reports and dashboards that offer valuable insights. Your role will involve transforming business requirements into dynamic Power BI reports that are aligned with business needs. Troubleshooting and optimizing Power BI reports for better performance and usability will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you are expected to have 5-8 years of experience in SQL development, including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and enhancing database performance. You should also possess 5-8 years of solid experience with ETL tools like SSIS or ADF for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Furthermore, a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI at an intermediate level is required, encompassing report creation, dashboard development, data modeling, and proficiency in Power BI DAX expressions, Power Query, and integrating Power BI with various data sources such as SQL and Excel.
