Hiring For Pharmacist

Role & responsibilities

• Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions and ensure patient safety.
• Verify prescriptions, dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and other relevant details before dispensing.
• Counsel customers on medication usage, dosage, precautions, and storage requirements.
• Ensure compliance with

  KSPC, Drug Control regulations, and pharmacy standards

• Maintain proper records of prescriptions, controlled medicines, and pharmacy transactions.
• Manage inventory, including stock receiving, storage, expiry checks, and near-expiry products.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines, including temperature-sensitive products.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate product/medicine information.
• Coordinate with doctors, customers, and store teams whenever clarification is required regarding prescriptions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the pharmacy.
• Support billing, POS operations, returns, and other day-to-day pharmacy activities.
• Identify and report damaged, expired, or recalled medicines as per company procedures.
• Support audits, inspections, and documentation requirements.
• Follow company SOPs and contribute to smooth daily pharmacy operations.
• Maintain professional conduct and deliver excellent customer service.
