• Should be able to independently analyze requirements, provide technical solutions and design scalable applications.
• Strong unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills are required.
• Should actively participate in

  Scrum ceremonies and code/design reviews

  and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
