Hiring For Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager

• 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years owning results (not only executing tasks), ideally in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on SEO experience: keyword research, technical audits, and clean link building. You can show rankings you moved.
• Experience improving how a brand shows up in AI answers (generative or answer engine optimization), and a clear method for measuring it.
• A portfolio of long-form content (blogs, articles, or videos) you wrote or managed, with traffic or lead results.
• Hands-on short-form video experience: Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts you planned, scripted, and edited (CapCut, Canva, or similar), with reach and engagement numbers.
• A portfolio of social media and campaign work, with the numbers behind it. Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, an SEO tool, structured data (schema markup), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and a CRM.
• Excellent written English. You check your own work before anyone else sees it.
• Comfort using AI tools, along with the discipline to verify everything they produce.
• You raise problems early and in writing, and you propose a solution when you do

  Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing to hospitals, doctors, or healthcare administrators in India.
• Understanding of responsible healthcare marketing (no unsupported clinical or AI claims).
• Design skills in Canva or Figma.
• WordPress experience.
