Marketing Operations & Commercial Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Operations Management

• Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) for marketing and team activities.
• Process invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
• Maintain PO and invoice trackers and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Manage vendor onboarding and coordinate with external agencies and suppliers.
• Support budget utilization tracking and documentation.

Marketing & Brand Support

• Coordinate review and approval of marketing assets and NPD campaigns.
• Support content development activities for Brand Managers and Product Managers.
• Manage communication and circulation of marketing materials across business units.
• Coordinate PR, influencer, and blogger engagement activities.

Event & Campaign Coordination

• Organize logistics for brand reviews, strategy meetings, zone meetings, conferences, and activations.
• Support execution of medical conferences, CMEs, and external partnership events.
• Coordinate gifting, sampling, dispatches, and promotional activities.

Team & Administrative Support

• Manage team calendars, meetings, and offsite logistics.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new team members.
• Support subcontractor management processes.
• Maintain operational trackers and reporting dashboards.
• Organize team engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in

  PO Raising and Purchase Order Management

• Experience in

  Invoice Processing and Vendor Payment Coordination

  .
• Experience coordinating with

  Finance, Procurement, and External Vendors

  .
• Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
