• Oversee profit & loss (P&L) management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
• Lead people management initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality assurance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Business Operations or related field.
• B.Tech degree in Electrical Electronics or mechanical.
• Proven track record of success in managing P&L responsibilities with a strong understanding of finance principles.
• Excellent People Management Skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
