Role Overview: We’re hiring a senior AI Solutions Engineer who can partner closely with our growth and operations leaders to embed artificial intelligence across marketing ops, sales, recruiting, and customer delivery. This is a technical, high-impact role where you will scope, prototype, and deploy agentic AI solutions that align with core business goals. You’ll help shape our AI roadmap, implement tools like LangChain or Crew AI, and integrate AI across our key platforms, including Zoho One, Deel, Workable, and Slack. Responsibilities: Research, scope, and implement agentic AI tools and frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, Crew AI, etc.) Build generative AI tools and RAG pipelines for candidate scoring, internal search, onboarding flows, and more Integrate core systems (Zoho One, Deel, Workable, and Slack) into scalable workflows Automate business functions across marketing, sales, recruiting, and delivery to reduce manual effort and increase throughput Work closely with the Head of Growth to prioritize and execute high-leverage automation initiatives Stay up to date on emerging tools in the AI ecosystem and provide recommendations on integration feasibility Requirements: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, backend automation, or AI systems integration roles Proven experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Crew AI, or similar) Deep understanding of GPT, embeddings, RAG, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) Strong API integration skills and proficiency in Python (preferred) Ability to translate business objectives into technical system design Strong documentation and communication skills Comfortable working fully remote and aligned with US time zones
