This is your chance to build the core engine of what could power hundreds of tech teams. 💻 Internship Structure This is a remote-first, hybrid-enabled internship designed for: 🧑‍💻 Students or fresh grads looking for summer internships or first break into product building. 📍 3-month unpaid internship focused on skill-building, mentorship, and contribution. 💼 High-performing interns will be offered a full-time paid role post internship, based on contribution. 🔨 What You’ll Work On No fake tasks. No shadowing. You’ll work directly with our founding engineer(s) to: Architect and build modules of the Hirebix recruitment SaaS (backend-heavy) Integrate AI/LLM features for resume parsing, feedback generation, and interview simulation Write scalable, modular code (Python, Node.js, FastAPI, etc.) 🧠 What We’re Looking For We don’t care about your GPA.
