Head of Data & Intelligence. E-commerce
Growth Shop is a global product company helping DTC brands scale using data, automation, and technology. We’ve helped brands like Nectar Sleep grow from $10M to $240M in 18 months and scaled Victoria Beckham Beauty from $30M to $100M. We’re now expanding our proprietary growth platform, GS IQ, and looking for a Head of Data & Intelligence to lead our data function. Key Responsibilities: Build and scale the data team (engineering, analytics, data science) from 5 to 15+ people. Design a business intelligence system that identifies what's working, detects bottlenecks, and drives automation. Own the data infrastructure: architecture, stability, scalability. Integrate data into core business functions: marketing, product, finance. Develop automated data layers for AI tools, recommendations, and the GS IQ platform. Improve the speed and accuracy of insights — from reports to real-time signals. Requirements: Experience in eCommerce performance marketing and working with advertising data pipelines Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory). Background in B2B SaaS at a scaling stage. 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, or data science, including 3+ years in leadership roles. Experience building or scaling data functions from the ground up. Track record of systems impacting P&L, margin, or business outcomes. Experience working with international teams, especially US/EU.
