We’re Hiring – Senior Associate (Media & Entertainment Law) Location: Bandra (W), Mumbai Hirani & Associates is looking to onboard a Senior Associate with the following profile: 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience specifically in Media & Entertainment law; Transactional experience (non-litigation) in Media & Entertainment law; Prior law firm experience is strongly preferred. Prior background or experience in music related laws and handling music based clientele will be given preference Holds good knowledge and understanding of the media and entertainment industry. Is a self-starter The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of media and entertainment agreements, including co-production/ development/ commissioning agreements , production agreements, investment agreements, talent and artist contracts, brand collaborations/ endorsements, music and content licensing, OTT/film transactions, and other commercial media-facing arrangements.
