We are seeking a high-performing Business Development partner to drive our growth and expansion into the B2B business solutions and technology services markets, SaaS finance and accounting, and ERP markets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in outbound and international Middle East and Asia sales, partnerships, and market research, with a strategic mindset to identify and seize growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Partnerships Convert qualified leads into long-term clients through strategic negotiations and personalized solutions. Drive B2B revenue opportunities to expand market reach and strengthen relationships. Effectively communicate our value proposition to decision-makers and key stakeholders. Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and forecasts. Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with profitability goals. Attend meetings and represent the firm in client-facing interactions. Build and nurture relationships to up-sell and cross-sell service offerings. 2. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Continuously gain strong service knowledge to articulate key differentiators to prospects. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep our offerings competitive and relevant. Provide data-backed feedback on customer preferences and market shifts. 3. Client Engagement & Account Management Serve as the single point of contact for client inquiries, billing, product, or service-related. Conduct service experience demonstrations and present current partnerships with ERP and technology solutions. Customize sales scripts and recommendations to suit client-specific needs. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms that are both competitive and profitable. Facilitate seamless onboarding and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Promote services that address client needs and align with their business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and resolve issues. 4. CRM & Business Analytics Analyze performance metrics to refine and enhance sales strategies. Maintain up-to-date prospect lists and sales pipelines in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Provide regular reporting on calls, meetings, and overall sales performance. Contribute to accurate sales forecasting and performance reviews. 5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination Align business development strategies with leadership and organizational goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion. Represent the firm at industry exhibitions, networking events, and relevant forums. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, accounting, or management consulting. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (English fluency preferred). Capable of converting leads and closing deals using a consultative approach. Proficient in use of LLM and CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent) with a data-driven mindset. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and act on growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the accounting deliveries for assigned clients by overseeing quality, technical accuracy, and timely completion of work. Supervise the accounting. handle complex queries and ensure that configurations, reconciliations, and reports meet professional and engagement standards. Review and approve complex entries, adjustments, reconciliations, and month-end close workings Ensure proper accounting treatment for revenue, expenses, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, intercompany, FX, and other key items. Manage and oversee the close process for assigned entities: reconciliations, trial balances, management reports, and schedules. Coordinate on cut-off dates, missing information Financial Reporting: Assist and Review in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Accounting Tasks: Manage and Review day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Assistance: Support senior accountants and finance managers with various tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications: A strong command in English Language. Experience: Prior experience in accounting or finance is required. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Oracle, Xero, Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
