They might be very good to donors. But they charge a lot when you are not a donor and taking blood from their bank.
My father was hospitalized and I paid ₹10,000 for 3 units of blood. Along with I had to replace them as well.

I am a regular donor at Sarvodaya. I always found Very homely and caring atmosphere here. Initially on my queries, they used to properly educate me. Every healthy person must donate blood on regular intervals. It's life saving and can't be manufactured, so one must donate if eligible.
