Key Responsibilities: Act as a personal associate to the Plant Manager Convert inbound sales leads into clients Manage and nurture relationships within the dealer network Assist in expanding the dealer network across regions What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Computer-savvy and quick to learn new tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility Commitment to long-term growth within the company Background in Electrical/Electronics preferred (but open to all disciplines) Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage Additional Perks: Sales-based incentives in addition to a fixed salary Full training and support will be provided by the company Opportunity to be part of a core operational team This is a key position, and we are looking for serious, driven individuals who are ready to grow with us.
