Hiring for Marketing Associate – Real Estate (Lead Engagement) Hiring for dynamic sales loving candidates for an emerging real estate advisory firm in Gurugram. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement: Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated via digital campaigns, real estate portals, and referrals. Pitch Properties: Present key features, benefits, and unique selling points of properties in Gurugram and Dwarka. Follow-Ups: Track and follow up with leads regularly to move them along the sales funnel. Appointment Scheduling: Fix site visit appointments with sales managers and ensure smooth coordination. CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system; update call status and follow-up actions. Feedback Collection: Gather insights from leads on property preferences, location interest, and objections. Marketing Input: Share feedback with the marketing team to improve targeting and messaging strategies. Support Campaigns: Assist in executing telecalling campaigns for special events, property launches, and webinars. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in marketing 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, or lead generation (Real Estate preferred). Good communication skills in English and Hindi . Basic knowledge of the real estate market is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced sales/marketing team. Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and call tracking systems. Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Sunday; Tuesday OFF) Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Compensation: No bar for deserving candidates (based on experience) + Incentives on successful deals Why Join Us?
