The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction, fostering a love for literature and language, and developing students’ communication, reading, and writing skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum. Teach grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading comprehension, and literature. Create lesson plans and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs. Evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and feedback. Conduct classroom activities to enhance students’ speaking and listening skills. Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment. Encourage student participation and build their confidence in using English. Organize language-related events like debates, essay writing, and elocutions. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff on curriculum development. Maintain accurate student records and share progress with parents and administrators. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Skills Required: Strong command of English language and grammar.
