Very friendly and efficient staff at every touchpoint, lovely pool and an extensive breakfast spread were the highlights of our trip to Kochi Trident. Special call-out for the poached egg with kale and millet served at breakfast and thanks a lot for the birthday room decor and parting gift. Would love to return! ❤️

Fern hotels recently took over. Don’t ever check in to this hotel. It’s far away from city , there is only one elevator which is very very far from rooms, I am not kidding . It takes atleast 5 minutes walk to get to elevator. Staff is very slow , check in is very slow and checkout is very slow too. Never suggest to anyone

Very nice hotel. Property is very clean and staff are very friendly. Special mention for the waiters Ayush, Rakhibul and Sinan who gave excellent table service. Food was very tasty and cocktails were great. Room service breakfast was also great. Would highly recommend.
