Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Officer role located in Gujarat, India. The Field Officer will be primarily responsible for managing and supporting agricultural field operations. Key tasks include engaging with farmers, conducting field surveys, promoting the company's products, and addressing any agronomic challenges faced by customers. The role requires overseeing the implementation of best practices in crop protection and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Qualifications Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop protection, and agronomic processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with farmers and other stakeholders. Ability to conduct field surveys and analyze data to provide solutions and recommendations. Proficiency in reporting, organizing data, and using basic computer applications. Relevant work experience in agriculture or related fields is preferred. Graduate degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is desirable. Flexible approach to on-site work and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
