Service is too poor.... Sales team does not respond on timely manner. They should work on sales and service, both parts are so important for us. We as dealer hardly sell Hikvision just because of it.

These are two seperate companies Hikvision who's CCTV products are good in quality, then the Indian partner Prama one of the most inefficient and horrible company to deal with. They don't have any service team at all, one or two odd people. It is your good luck if they pick your phone , they cant help you in any way

Wrong information provided by company to consumer. Company said okhla service center closed by covide 19 problem but service center open &running properly.today I visit to service center for finding truth, service center running properly but closing time short 4:30pm. Thanks
