You’ll be responsible for: Owning customer satisfaction across multiple channels Handling queries, issues, and escalations with speed and clarity Using data and feedback to improve user experience Coordinating with internal teams (content, sales, ops) to resolve problems Other tasks include: Managing supply side customers (organisers) and online content. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Experience, Client, and Content Management .
