Job Description

You will be joining Accenture as a Team Lead/Consultant in Bengaluru, BDC7A, with a focus on SAP Development. Your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As a part of the Accenture Strategy and Consulting team, you will be responsible for developing and executing technology transformation strategies, overseeing implementation projects, and optimizing digital capabilities for business efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work on transformation strategies for global clients and be a part of an inclusive and collaborative environment. In the High-tech Industry, you will contribute towards meeting the global needs of clients from various sectors including Communications Technology, Consumer Technology, Enterprise Technology, Medical Equipment, and Semiconductors. Your responsibilities will include supporting Platforms-driven business design and assessment, providing solutions for client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and creating innovative solution designs utilizing Accenture's service offerings. To excel in this role, you should possess problem-solving skills, strong project management capabilities, effective presentation and public speaking skills, and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. You will work closely with key stakeholders onshore and onsite, demonstrate cross-cultural competence, and collaborate effectively with teams in a large, global organization. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the required domain, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
