Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service cum Sales Engineer, located in Rajarhat. The Service cum Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for our products, handling customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues. Daily responsibilities include managing sales processes, pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular maintenance and service checks, providing training to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Qualifications Any Technical degree IIT/Diploma/B.tech Technical Support and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Experience in scientific or industrial equipment is beneficial Ability to travel for client visits and service calls Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field Show more Show less
