The company is located in 5 & 6th floor of a building & has only 1 lift to access for HGS.... passed through 5 rounds of selection HR, Aptitude,Ops Manager,Versant & Skill Tests...so please before going for interview plan accordingly …

I worked here as a customer relationship officer (trainee) ..overall my experience is disgusting . Work culture is very bad for male and also female..in this place work pressure is too high I can't say is very high..and they harrassment the customer and also the employee..please don't go there for interview..

Worst company dont go please.There is break for only limited time . If the target is not achieved high immense pressure on us. Only one day off in total week . One star is also worthy for it.

i was never seen this type of 3rd class management at anywhere , HR as well as manager also not supportive . its my terrible experience please dont join HGS specially Freshers . As soon As possibles I will raised Complaint on the HGS .......
