As a Production Planner at Hgans, your role involves preparing, reviewing, and fine-tuning daily production master planning using the ERP system and other tools to capture all recorded deviations and delays. Your key responsibilities include: - Regular coordination between sales and production planners to validate the master plan, ensuring an updated production plan in Material Requirement Planning (MRP). - Coordinating between the export cell and production regarding material availability. - Regularly reviewing and recording the master plan versus actuals. - Conducting scenario planning in case of capacity/material constraints as needed, followed by appropriate communications. - Ensuring that data related to master scheduling in our ERP system are correct and updated frequently. - Establishing master scheduled items in the related warehouse. - Coordinating within functions to manage inventories of manufactured and distributed items through regular review and updating of the plan against actual demand. - Monitoring and coordinating actions on slow-moving inventories. Qualifications required for this role include a Graduate Degree with Three to Five years of experience, an MBA in Supply Chain with an Engineering background being an added advantage. Proficiency in MS-Office and exposure to ERP systems like SAP are essential. Additionally, experience working with diverse, global stakeholders will be preferred.
