Role Description Maintaining accounting records such as registers, ledgers, journals an individual account Built a process for payment and return filing for monthly & quarterly GST, TDS and other statutory work Assisting Company CA for statutory compliance and for finalization of company accounts Keeping records of all voucher & Bank entries in Tally (Tally Prime) Working in new software Transact to prepare Sales Invoice and Purchase Orders Bank Reconciliation Salary preparation & payment of Office and Factory staff Payment Follow up with Factory Staff. Releasing Vendor payments & Utility Bills & Office Maintenance. Handling Petty Cash and other administration work
