Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer/Senior Product Designer Location: Work from Office (BTM 2nd Stage) (12 pm to 8 pm IST) Experience: 5-7 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer / Senior Product Designer with 5+ to 10 years of experience to lead and drive the design process from conceptualization to implementation. You will play a critical role in defining the user experience, creating intuitive interfaces, and ensuring seamless interactions across our products. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of user needs. What You Will Do: • Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality and user-centered design solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders) to define product vision and drive impactful design decisions. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively and iterate based on feedback. • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance user experience. • Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in design execution. • Understand and optimize active user flows across different interfaces and offerings. • Advocate for users by identifying pain points, deeply empathizing with their needs, and proposing solutions that enhance usability and accessibility. • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to elevate overall design standards. • Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and innovation. What We Need: • 5+ to 10 years of experience in UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills. • Proven track record of designing and shipping successful products and leading end-to-end design initiatives. • Experience in a design leadership capacity, guiding projects and influencing product teams. • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools. • Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale. • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment, managing multiple projects efficiently. • Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual design. • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • If you are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and driving design excellence, wed love to hear from you!
