As a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in GenAI and Now Assist Implementation, your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing ServiceNow GenAI solutions and Now Assist functionalities - Building AI-driven workflows, virtual agents, and automation solutions within ServiceNow - Customizing and extending ServiceNow modules to enhance user experience and operational efficiency - Implementing and fine-tuning Now Assist features such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Search - Training AI models to enhance predictive capabilities, response accuracy, and automation efficiency - Working on Machine Learning (ML) models and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for ServiceNow AI features - Integrating ServiceNow with third-party AI/ML solutions and enterprise systems - Developing and maintaining scripts using JavaScript, Glide, and REST/SOAP APIs - Optimizing platform performance and troubleshooting issues in AI-driven processes - Ensuring ServiceNow solutions adhere to best practices, security policies, and compliance standards - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Qualifications for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on GenAI / Now Assist implementation - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Automation - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or ITAM modules - Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ServiceNow AI-Powered Service Operations (Preferred) - ITIL v4 Certification.
