Role Overview: Arete Access is looking for a full-time hybrid Analyst based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for part-time remote work. As an Analyst, your main responsibility will be to analyze datasets, generate insights, and support the development of evidence-based market access strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze clinical, epidemiological, and real-world datasets - Apply ML models (predictive, classification, clustering, NLP) to uncover insights - Support cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses - Conduct evidence reviews and synthesize findings - Create clear, insight-driven presentations and dashboards Qualification Required: - Skills in Python/R, statistical methods, and ML techniques - Ability to interpret healthcare and economic data - Strong research, communication, and problem-solving abilities - Background in public health, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or related fields - Curiosity and a passion for using data to improve healthcare,
