Position: Batter Helper Location: Bhiwandi – View on Google Maps https://g.co/kgs/fpa1nzP CTC: ₹1,93,705 per annum (Inclusive of PF & ESI) Employment Type: Full-time Day/Night Shift both Departments Hiring 1. Parotha Section 2. Idly Batter Section 3. Logistics 4. Sheeting Machine Operations 5. ⁠RMPM (Raw Material & Packaging Material Handling) 6. ⁠Crate Washing 7. ⁠Hygiene & Sanitation Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and maintain production machinery including sheeting machines. 2. Handle and store raw materials and packaging materials efficiently. 3. Participate in the preparation and packing of parothas and idly batter. 4. Maintain hygiene and sanitation across all work areas.Assist in logistics operations including loading, unloading, and dispatch activities. Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent. 1. Physically fit to work in a fast-paced food production environment. 2. Prior experience in FMCG/Food Industry is an advantage (not mandatory). 3. Flexible to work in rotational shifts. 4. Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
