As we grow our digital offerings, we're looking for a talented and motivated Video Editor (Fresher) to bring our stories, ideas, and trainings to life through engaging video content. Key Responsibilities: Edit videos for corporate training, workshops, testimonials, and digital marketing. Add music, transitions, graphics, captions, and effects to enhance video impact. Collaborate with our trainers, psychologists, and content creators to align visuals with messaging. Organize and maintain video assets and project files. Assist in basic shoot setups or virtual recordings if needed. Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and storytelling, especially in the learning and development space. Requirements: Basic proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling. Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow. Good communication and time-management skills. Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects, Canva, etc.). An interest in topics like leadership, mental well-being, and organizational development. A basic portfolio (college projects or personal work are welcome!).
