Role Overview We are seeking motivated Field Sales Manager to meet with high-intent leads (already expressed interest), explain the PM Surya Ghar scheme, conduct site surveys & feasibility assessments, and guide customers through sales closure. No prior solar experience is required full product and process training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Meet prospective customers in person based on pre-qualified leads. Explain the PM Surya Ghar Rooftop Solar Scheme, subsidy benefits, and HelioGrids unique value. Conduct on-site visits for feasibility checks (roof space, shading, meter location). Build trust and maintain a professional, customer-first relationship. Share detailed proposals and assist customers through decision-making. Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, net-metering, and subsidy documentation. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to HelioGrids growth. Qualifications & Skills Must Have: Prior experience in field sales, consumer goods, insurance, telecom, or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & English). Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented. Good to Have (Training will be provided): Understanding of government subsidy schemes.
