Job Overview : The Application Engineer is responsible for collecting customer demand information within the assigned industry in the India region, providing pre-sales product support, maintaining relationships with technical personnel, researching industry technology trends, supporting industry/product exhibitions/promotions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting the sales team in securing orders. Key Responsibilities : 1.Product Promotion and Demand Collection : Collaborate with the sales team to conduct product promotions and technical communications Collect customer product demands and competitor information, reporting findings to the company. 2.Technical Relationship Maintenance : Continuously maintain relationships with technical personnel of target clients to understand product selection changes, new product development directions, and other product-related insights. Promote the alignment of company's industry products with client needs. 3.Technical Support : Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support, including explanations of product performance, guidance on product selection, instructions for product trial setup and debugging, and troubleshooting product issues. 4.Product Development : Participate in new product development, from initial definition and project approval to completing relevant product documentation (e.g., project input files, manuals, debugging guides) according to project timelines. Review the functionality and performance of new products, and collaborate with clients for testing, verification, and acceptance. 5.Ad-hoc Tasks : Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leadership. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor degree or above in Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Personality Traits : logical thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and robust problem-solving abilities. Good teamwork spirit, meticulous, responsible, able to complete tasks independently, resilient under pressure, and willing to travel. Essential Work Skills : Technical Skills : Familiar with the basic principles of low-voltage inverters and the competitive landscape; understand product performance and related technical parameters. Proficient in programming and application of mainstream PLC and touch screen products. Strong planning and execution capabilities for daily tasks, ensuring efficient and effective work performance. Strong foundation in power electronics technology, Computer Skills : Proficient in using the company's various office software and network office platforms. Familiar with electrical schematic diagrams, CAD, mainstream PLC software, and touch screen software. Language Requirements : Fluent in Hindi and English.
