Job Overview : The Application Engineer is responsible for collecting customer demand information within the assigned industry in the India region, providing pre-sales product support, maintaining relationships with technical personnel, researching industry technology trends, supporting industry/product exhibitions/promotions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting the sales team in securing orders. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor degree or above in Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Direct Sales Performance : 1.Customer Promotion : Conduct company promotions targeting approved clients, introducing company and product information. Collect client company profiles and contact details of key stakeholders, reporting to the company. 2.Customer Development : Maintain ongoing relationships with target clients to gain trust and gather detailed client information, including procurement volume, industry position, competitive landscape, main pain points, organizational structure, and decision-making process.
