Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service. Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages as per service standards. Ensure tables are clean, set up properly, and maintain dining cleanliness. Assist in billing and payment procedures. Communicate guest feedback and special requests to the management. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues efficiently. Adhere to restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Support other departments when required (kitchen, bar, billing, reservations). Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
