Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes 9 and 10 as per the CBSE syllabus Plan, develop, and implement lesson plans, assignments, and activities that promote student learning. Explain grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, essay writing, and literature in an easy-to-understand manner. Conduct periodic assessments, evaluate students’ performance, and provide constructive feedback. Foster a classroom environment that encourages interactive learning, participation, and curiosity. Maintain discipline, motivate students, and support their overall academic growth. Organize cultural activities related to Hindi language and literature (e.g., poetry recitation, debates, essay writing competitions).
