About the Role We are a fast-growing digital asset management firm, looking for a Client Onboarding & Operations Associate to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience onto crypto exchanges and our investment platforms. You'll handle KYC/KYB documentation, guide clients through sub-account creation, resolve basic onboarding issues, and manage operational/admin tasks. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role well-suited to someone organized, tech-comfortable, and proactive. Responsibilities Coordinate client onboarding: gather documents, verify submissions, guide through exchange setups Help clients with sub-account creation on crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, OKX, etc.) Respond to onboarding-related queries and provide a smooth, responsive client experience Maintain trackers and update onboarding status for internal teams Assist with general business admin and documentation tasks as needed Requirements 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, client operations, or administrative roles Strong communication and follow-up skills Familiarity with crypto exchanges is a Must Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and remote work tools Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setup Location : Remote (India-based candidates only) Type : Full-Time | Monday to Friday Join us to work at the forefront of digital asset innovation and client experience.
