Job Description:

Nalam Foods India private limited is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Heavy Duty Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our supply chain, responsible for picking up goods from cold storages and cleaning mills and transporting them to our main business location for sales. Additionally, this role involves delivering our daily stock to a transporter company every night, ensuring the seamless flow of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Goods Pickup and Transportation:

• Safely and efficiently pick up goods from cold storages and cleaning mills.
• Transport goods to our main business location while ensuring the secure handling of cargo.
• Goods need to be secure during rain.

Daily Stock Deliveries:

• Deliver daily deliverable stock to a transporter company every night.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on assigned vehicles.
• Ensure the cleanliness and good working condition of the truck.
• vehicles need to be refueled and serviced when needed

Documentation:

• Secure delivery challanns and e way bills need for the goods transfer.
• Maintain records of goods picked up, delivered, and any incidents during transportation.

Adherence to Regulations!!

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for the transportation of goods.

Requirements:

• Heavy duty vehicle Driver's License: Possess a current and valid license with the necessary endorsements.
• Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record with no serious violations.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Truck Driver, with a focus on timely and safe transportation.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and securing cargo.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
