As an Electrical and Structural Designer, your role involves a variety of tasks to support the detailed engineering design and implementation of solar projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting manual site surveys and drone surveys for various project sites in India and abroad. - Creating 2D and 3D electrical and structural drawings for residential, commercial, industrial, and ground mount projects. - Documenting and preparing reports such as shadow reports, PVSYST reports, CEIG reports, and pre-design reports. - Developing detailed engineering designs specifically for rooftop installations. - Communicating with clients and collecting necessary data for project execution. - Utilizing software tools like video editing software, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVSYST, and other related design software. - Performing electrical design and calculations for the projects. - Designing and analyzing structures for the projects. - Generating shadow reports and structure certificates. - Providing training to other team members both in the office and on the field. - Supporting team leaders, managers, and the EPC team as needed, including report generation, providing accurate data, and ensuring work completion before deadlines. - Contributing to innovation in design, exploring new initiatives, and participating in company growth activities.
