It used to be very good earlier, but now service dropped drastically.
Executive will call and guide until you book the test and then everyone disappears. You cannot reach customer service as you will not be connected to service person even after 15 mins of waiting on line

I had good experience with Healthians. Phlebos are polite and will collect sample very nice without pain. Got reports on same day!

Good packages.... Ontime prompt service. Reports are very simple & easy to understand.... doctors consultation is pending.... also they should include gender specific packages... overall experience is good.
