Worst experience. Sales team say all wrong information on call and sample collector gives different information. And they quote more then what they informed. Very bad service waste of money

Great service. Easy and error free booking of all the tests by the call center executive, to receiving timely mail/sms notifications. Prompt service by the sample collector and very structured lab report along with dietician/doctor consultation. Impressive process. All the best.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY DISAPPEAR AFTER THE PAYMENT AND Sample COLLECTION.USER WILL BE LEFT CALLING THEIR HELPLINE NUMBERS MULTIPLE TIMES.
SAME TEST reports that TATA 1 mg delivered within 4-5 hrs, healthians has already taken 2 days, not sure how much time more. Not Reliable

Very prompt pick up of blood samples. Test Results come out by late evening. The graphs help greatly in gauging your parameters over a period of time.

Don’t go with them if you want results sooner. I could have got results from a local diagnostic center in 1 hr. For bacterial profile they took more than 8 hrs and still not full report. Stupid service , not reliable.
