Moreover front office desk employee i forgot her name. She is simply sitting not even supporting for collecting documents for claims.

Have submitted a claim for a patient admitted on May27. They have not been responsive when the patient was in the hospital. After submitting for reimbursement on Jun 05 2020 till Dec 2020 there is no revert. They dont pick up calls. They dont update the customer either

Worst TPA. The patient got discharged and still the cashless claim request was not approved. Never go for such fraudulent Tpa's and govt based insurance policies. The life of your family member is very precious!
