Healthcare Technology & Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager with deep Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) expertise who can bridge the gap between technology, operations, and business leadership.

This is an onsite leadership role requiring close collaboration with IT, RCM Operations, Client Success, and Executive Leadership teams. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, manage people and accounts, lead digital transformation initiatives, and help transform legacy RCM workflows into AI-powered business processes.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 12 months, this individual is expected to:

• Modernize existing operational workflows through automation and AI.
• Improve operational efficiency across RCM functions.
• Lead and mentor IT and operational teams.
• Establish accountability, metrics, and reporting structures.
• Improve client satisfaction and communication.
• Drive technology initiatives from concept to execution.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and increase scalability.
• Act as a strategic leader, not simply a technical resource.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• 5+ years of experience managing IT Operations and Technology functions.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and people.
• Proven client-facing leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading operational improvement, transformation, and technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Healthcare and end-to-end RCM operations.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Automation, AI, and process improvement solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
