Job Title: Clinic Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Clinic Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless clinic operations by delivering exceptional patient care, managing communications across multiple channels, and maintaining an efficient, welcoming front desk.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Management : Greet and assist patients upon arrival, manage the waiting area, coordinate queue times, and ensure a smooth experience throughout their visit to the clinic.

Voice Communication : Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally, providing clear information regarding clinic services, timings, and appointments.

Digital Correspondence : Manage the clinic's WhatsApp chat promptly to handle appointment bookings, share medical instructions, and address routine patient inquiries.

Proactive Administration : Anticipate daily clinic needs, prepare patient files ahead of schedule, and assist medical staff with administrative workflow to minimize delays.

Required Skills & Profile

Language Proficiency : Excellent command of spoken and written English to ensure clear, professional communication with patients and staff.

Attitude : Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of resolving minor scheduling conflicts or patient concerns before they escalate.

Digital Fluency : Comfortable managing high-volume WhatsApp business chats and basic appointment management software.

Interpersonal Skills : Warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor tailored to a healthcare environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
